Fairly clean hip new hotel, brilliant staff and strategic location close to the city centre. The food was great and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. Good service here.

easy base for exploring hanoi. the venue was dim, though i loved its perfect staff and location. large bedrooms with large beds. there was a good restaurant, shops and the markets next door.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Location is super and personnel is amazingly helpful. The units are bright, functional. First-class service at all times too. Liked fast check-in.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
